本次展览以「签名」（signatures）为主题，将展出18位新南威尔士州艺术家的纤维艺术作品。「签名」常被视为一种身份标记，用于识别特定的人物或事物特征，而本次参展的艺术家们将在自己的作品中重新定义「签名」，并呈现纤维艺术多样化的创作方式。
这18位参展艺术家均来自2014年创立的「untethered fibre artists」团体，他们致力于用纤维和纺织材料完成艺术作品，探讨个人叙事、社会与政治话题等，以此推进当代纤维艺术的发展与实践。
